17 Nov. 2022 Matt Watkins, Club Foundation Chair Rotary Foundation Nov. 17, 2022 7:30 a.m. Matt Watkins - Senior Brokerage Associate - Reece Commercial Real Estate Matt's experience in Wyandotte County and Kansas City, Kansas allows for his clients to benefit from the leading edge of commercial real estate to help in buying, selling and leasing. Most recently, Matt has helped with acquisition at the Industrial project at the Turner Diagonal as well as several transactions in Strawberry Hill. Matt stays current with most of the Planning and Zoning projects as well as bigger deals within the Wyandotte County Economic Development Council. Matt served as Foundation Chair after our founding member Rich Barbudo retired. Neil Wakefield expanded the role during Matt's 2nd tenure as Club President and has trusted Matt to take over Foundation leadership this year.

01 Dec. 2022 Analicia Swanson Protecting Our Food Supply Dec. 01, 2022 Analicia Swanson is a Sales Management Trainee with Seaboard Foods in Merriam,Kansas. During her time at South Dakota State University, she served as a Virtual Farm Tour Guide for the National Pork Board Speakers Bureau program, where she showed audiences across the country what truly goes on inside of aworking pigs barn. Analicia is also Pork Quality Assurance certified through the National Pork Board. She earned her Master of Science in Swine Nutrition from South Dakota State University. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from Kansas State University. Ms. Swanson serves as a Pork Industry volunteer and speaks nationwide. She grew up in rural Minnesota, and that’s where her passion for agriculture and pigs really began. Today, she lives in Maple Hill, Kansas, and thoroughly enjoys having conversations with consumers from all backgrounds about where their food comes from.

19 Jan. 2023 John Yost, PharmD, MBA Co-Founder & Board Chair Pharmacy of Grace Jan. 19, 2023 John Yost has spent many years in the pharmacy and pharmaceuticals business. After graduating with his pharmacy degree from KU, he worked in a community pharmacy and started a pharmacy in Oklahoma. He eventually sold the business to shift his career to selling pharmaceuticals for Roche Labs in Topeka. His experience launched a career in managing and training sales people until he was promoted to operations director, and then Regional Manager at Agouron, Warner Lambert and then Pfizer (by acquisition) in the HIV treatment space, where he spent nine years. Yost survived a few more pharmaceutical acquisitions before eventually feeling called to something greater: starting a charitable pharmacy in KCK.

16 Feb. 2023 Greg Kindle Wyandotte Economic Development Councel Feb. 16, 2023 7:30 a.m. Greg Kindle President Greg has more than 20 years of experience in community and economic development, primarily in the Kansas City market. Greg has served as the President of the Wyandotte Economic Development Council since 2011 and administers programs focused on business recruitment, business retention, marketing and workforce solutions. Greg and the WYEDC team identify ways in which to attract the right businesses for specific locations, retain the companies already located in the county, grow businesses through a variety of traditional and new approaches to economic development and identify strategies for long-term community growth, with the focus of establishing long-term relationships. His unique background in economic development is beneficial to assisting Wyandotte County’s continued successful economic transformation that has resulted in more than $2 billion in announced investments in the last three years.
